What you're talking about is what Microsoft calls "breadcrumbs" and it is the number one feature that I miss in Windows Explorer. It was new with Win Vista, and once you get used to it it becomes hard to live without.

I'm running into this same problem. When you add a Bookmark to the Bookmark's Menu, it shows up in the bookmark manager but not in the menu. When adding to the toolbar, it shows up in the toolbar, but clicking the button doesn't take you to the location. I haven't yet been able to get a single bookm...

You can already do this with the Application Toolbar. What you can't do, and what would be great, would be a way to pass command-line parameters to the applications based on selected files or the current folder (for example). I'm just now seeing this on the latest x64 release build (1.3.2) and the latest nightly (1.3.0.453) under Windows Server 2008 R2.

This appears to be yet another problem related to Explorer++ not properly supporting Win7 libraries. There are a number of issues I've found that only occur when operating within a Library folder.
