background moving and deleting folders and files

During moving or deleting a huge folder or a large number of files from one folder to another in E++, E++ will hang itself. Could such file manipulation tasks be done in the background rather freezing the foreground of E++? Or maybe could it automatically calls Teracopy to do it since an external copy program will not freeze E++?

the copy operation has already been fixed in the nightly built. The delete operation not yet but it is already in the list of things to do.
