FTP Servers not accessible from Address Bar

Post by meet.v »

FTP Servers created from other devices are accessible by entering their URL on either a browser or on the explorer address bar itself. On Windows explorer, it works by entering the FTP URL in the address bar and pressing ENTER. It takes us to the folder structure on FTP.

However, when we do the same thing on Explorer++ address bar, it doesn't do anything. On click of ENTER after entering the FTP Server link on the address bar, nothing happens.

A workaround to work with FTP servers on Explorer++ is if we create a "Quick Link" shortcut of the FTP Server on Windows Explorer, and then access the shortcut through Explorer++, then the FTP folder structure opens without an issue.

But a new FTP server link cannot be opened on explorer++ directly.

Also, there is no other way to enter the FTP server address anywhere in the explorer++ menu items. Only option thus is the Address Bar, and that doesn't work.

Please fix it.
