open folder with cmd.exe

Greetings,

I miss the address bar in win7 along with the up arrow so I have started using explorer++
I am using the portable zip version which might be the problem but before using
an installer I thought I would ask first.

I regularly use wget to download files and prefer to open a folder with cmd prompt
at the location the file will be saved.
However the registry hack always opens at the location of the explorer application file.

You can pass paths to Explorer++ and it will open them. For example, the command

explorer++.exe "C:\"

will open the C:\ drive in a new tab. Hopefully that helps.
