Web Sites installed as apps are not opening.

Edge Browser (Windows 10+) allows websites to be installed as apps, then it is run by shortcut of such app.
All app links are created in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs (cmd: explorer shell:AppsFolder) and then run by shortcuts that uses appAUMID code, for example: business.ukrsibbank.com-59AB6B81_aav8cg7wh355a!App
If such app (shortcut to app) is run from Explorer++, instead of running, Explorer++ just navigates to C: drive
