A bunch of feature requests

First, thanks for the amazing software!
I'm wondering if its possible to make a ribbon ui for those who like it amd they can switch to the classic version for those who don't like it.
Also regarding plug-ins, perhaps it may be easier to make e++ compatible with exciting plug-ins like stexbar so there is no need to write other ones.

Also, if it's possible to use the everything search engine to look for files in e++ that would be amazing
