Cancelling the renaming of a directory leads to an inconsistent directory tree

After cancelling the renaming of a directory that was blocked by another program, the directory name in the tree is incorrect and shows the new name, the old directory name is displayed in the directory/file list on the right-hand side and in the address bar.
