Suggestion - Add an Edit button to Main Toolbar

- Allow setting an edit app to associate with the Edit button. So maybe a program option to set the full path of the edit app.
- When the Edit button is clicked, the current selected file is opened with the edit app.

- Reason needed: I have a favorite text editor (NOT windows Notepad). If I want to edit a batch file, the current EPP Edit context menu item defaults to Notepad. I have this same issue with other types of files that I may want to edit (ex html, xml, virtually any file that contains text). To be charitable, Notepad is a minimalist editor that I don't care to use.
