When I first downloaded Explorer++ a week or two ago, I was quite pleased to find find it and put it's features to good use. However, I'm experiencing a lot of bugs and instability using Explorer++ on XP Pro. I've tried both the last stable release (v1.2) and several nightly versions. I'm seeing Explorer++ crash when using multiple tabs, copying / pasting, dragging / dropping, etc.
Is anybody having a stable, relatively bug-free experience on XP Pro?

No both those versions for me crash a few times a day on both XP Pro and Win7.
After applying this patch change to 1.2 source, its stable enough for me:

(You'll need to manually apply the diff if you want a 1.2 exe with the fix, since it was generated from a newer revision number)
But there are probably a bunch of other crashes that were fixed since 1.2.
This patch sounds might fix copy crashes:

Hopefully when these patches are applied to the head, we can get a more stable nightly release.
But its to be expected implementing new features may lead to new crashes.
I'm finding some crashes tricky to reproduce, since they require certain timing and thread state. The crash dump alone doesn't seem enough (although it at least can identify whether a crash is unique or same as an existing known crash). I was thinking of trying to get some unit or system tests done to help. It would be great to be able to automate the steps that lead to a tricky crash.

v1.2 was also affected by a bug in the treeview software which caused a crash

I'm not a developer so I won't be applying patches myself. Do you have any idea when the patches you mention will be included in a nightly release?
